How the day works

What happens at the workshop

Everyone works on their own laptop. You do the typing. I point at the screen and name the next click.

Bring a laptop and charger. A tablet won’t work for the exercises. You’ll get setup steps a week before.

    Watch it work

    A 5–10 minute live demo of the Claude for Small Business plugin, run on a practice business.

  3. Step 3

    Set Claude up for you

    Tell Claude who you are and how you like to work. Then connect Gmail or Google Calendar.

  4. Step 4

    Build, step by step

    Add a plugin, create your first skill, turn your data into a live report, and give Claude your business context.

  5. Step 5

    Open build

    Pick a real task from your business and build it while we work the room. A few people demo at the end.

    Keep going at home

    The workshop app stays open for two weeks, with a take-home track and resources.

Anthropic doesn’t train its models on your business content. You own what goes in, and what comes out. On a Team plan, that’s the default.

What does it cost?

Nothing, and there is no catch. Seats are limited, so you request one and we confirm by email.

Anthropic sponsors this program because small and medium businesses deserve the same help the large technology companies are getting to figure out how to work with AI. Jeff is a Claude SMB trainer, trained by Anthropic to run these sessions for you at no cost.

There is no requirement to work with Anthropic or to use their products afterwards. The skills apply across the whole AI landscape, though the terminology differs a little from tool to tool. We run these sessions so that everybody gets a chance to use these tools. Period.

What happens after I send a request?

You’ll get an email confirming we received it. We review requests within 2 business days and confirm your seat by email.
